Well it has been a while since I have posted to my blog, been real slack really, I am trying to give up smoking and am not really having much luck with it, my doctor said I cant use the anti smoking drug zyban as I have epilepsy, oh well Ill have to do it with patches then.
I got a bit stressed out the other day and punched the cupboard door, I guess The stopping smoking is hitting me harder then I want to admit.
